Starting a family

For some couples, trying for a baby can be a difficult process. What many women and men may not know is that thyroid hormones play an important role in helping to keep their reproductive system functioning normally. Untreated thyroid disorders can lead to fertility problems in both males and females.1

If you are having trouble conceiving or have a family history of thyroid problems, it is advisable to visit your doctor to have your thyroid functioning checked. Thyroid problems can be spotted by your doctor through a simple blood test.
